Private companies incorporated outside the United States must submit a completed credit application including current financial statements to our credit department to review before open credit terms can be established.

The timing of our credit review process is dependant largely on your ability to complete and submit the information requested on our credit application.  PARTIALLY COMPLETED CREDIT APPLICATIONS CANNOT BE PROCESSED.

Completed applications can usually be processed within two to three business days.  If your company is located in a developing country, this process may take up to two weeks.

Publicly traded foreign companies should indicate that they are publicly traded to their sales representative.  If additional information is necessary, our credit department will contact you directly.

In addition to open credit terms, AllChem Industries is very capable of dealing with Letter of Credit transactions.  Letters of credit must be issued by first rate banks, should be payable at the counters of a US bank, and must be able to be confirmed by our bank.
